Raised in Ketchikan, Chef Travis Taylor’s love of cooking started when he was 15 years old. Since then, he has been dedicated to perfecting his craft, creating what many call the best tacos ever. Driven by a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients, and a deep love for his hometown, Travis opened this restaurant to showcase bold flavors with the finest local seafood.
